7. Certified Drivers
Before any of our drivers step foot in your facility they have gone through
a three step certification process. First we run a pre-employment criminal
background check and submit a report to an auditor from the National
Association for Information Destruction. Then the newly hired driver
completes 82 hours of classroom and on the job training, before they are
allowed to service a client by themselves. Finally to maintain their
certification, all drivers must submit to ongoing, random drug testing by an
independent firm and comply with our appearance and behavior standards.
